After submitting over 100 audits across four states for charter and private schools, Prestige School Solutions announced that every audit submitted in 2025 was declared clean with respect to the firm’s financial management and reporting responsibilities.
This perfect score reflects the effectiveness of Prestige School Solutions’ solid oversight, hands-on partnership, and confident management of its clients’ accounts.
“This is a meaningful milestone for our team,” said David Faunce, Prestige School Solutions founder and CEO. “We have invested a significant amount of time and resources into building strong relationships with our clients and implementing procedures and training to give school leaders confidence in the reports they receive. This audit season is a testament to the success of those measures."
Prestige School Solutions collaborates with several auditing firms across multiple states to complete the annual audit cycle for its charter and private schools.
“The Prestige team is very communicative and helpful throughout the audit process. Their communication and proactivity help to minimize disruption and delays during the audit process!”-Luke Vickery, Partner at Manley Garvin
Prestige has worked with the auditing team at Sharpe Patel CPA for decades, who also praised the partnership:
“I have had the pleasure of working with Prestige School Solutions for going on 25 years. They have done a great job of providing timely and accurate information throughout the years so we can complete our clients’ attest services in a timely and efficient manner.”
-Jay Sharpe, CPA and Audit Partner of Sharpe Patel CPA
“We’re grateful for our clients who trust us to manage this important responsibility for them and the auditors who partner with us to support these schools. This clean audit season is a testament to the success of our collaborative efforts,” said Faunce.

Prestige’s approach to delivering clean audits focuses on several steps, such as:
Executive Review – all monthly financials and final audit materials must pass an internal executive review before being delivered to the client or auditor, with a 90% first-round pass rate as the baseline expectation.
Client Work Sessions – consultants maintain dedicated communication with school leaders through regular work sessions, allowing questions and issues to be resolved in real time.
Innovative Solutions – innovative technology and systems are leveraged to reduce errors, provide transparency, and simplify the reporting process for clients.
Standard Work Schedules – structured workflows are used to keep financial data accurate throughout the year, enabling a smoother audit process.
